- The EXPO is at the Marriott Waterfront Place in Morgantown, West Virginia.
- Booth set-up begins at noon on Monday, April 20, 2020 and must be completed by 5:30 p.m.
- The EXPO runs through 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2020.
- Capacity is limited to 25 exhibition spaces.
- $525 booth fee includes:
- One eight-foot skirted table
- Two chairs
- Electrical hook-up
- Wireless internet capability
- One conference registration which includes evening reception in the EXPO on Monday, April 20, and breakfast, lunch and snacks on Tuesday, April 21.
- Allocation of space will be on a first-come first-serve basis after registration form and fees are received.
Exhibits may not be dismantled until after the conclusion of the conference on Tuesday, April 21th. Please do not remove exhibits before this time.

Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds will not be granted within (15) fifteen business days of the event. Such a request must be provided via email or in writing to the WVMA office. Substitutions are welcome.
