Exhibits may be setup between Noon – 5 p.m. Monday, April 8th. Each space will consist of a 6’ table, tablecloth, skirt, and two chairs. (Please let us know if you will need electricity.) Please have your booth ready for the opening night reception. Each exhibit will receive one complimentary registration.
Exhibits may not be dismantled until after the conclusion of the conference on Tuesday, April 9th. Please do not remove exhibits before this time.

Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds will not be granted until notification is received in writing in the WVMA office within (15) fifteen working days prior to the conference.
